The history of Nestlé Pure Life in Canada grew from the Aberfoyle Springs brand of bottled water. Like many springs later used for bottled water, the Aberfoyle Springs site initially began as a fishery. Bottled water was becoming the choice for anyone seeking an all-natural beverage that was free of calories, caffeine and additives. The owners of Aberfoyle Fisheries knew they had a spring that provided great-tasting water and was highly sustainable. In the early 1990’s, they transitioned the operations to a water-bottling facility to meet this growing consumer demand.
Today, Nestlé Waters Canada is the largest bottled water company in Canada, offering the nation’s strongest bottled water brands.
