Vertical integration is a critical and efficient aspect of a high-performance bottling plant. At most of our plants across North America, we make our own single serve bottles.
First, tiny resin pellets are vacuum-blown in a dryer, shaped in injection molders, and then cooled as bottle preforms. Those preforms enter blow-molding equipment, which delivers actual bottles that will carry your favourite bottled water.
