Debbie R. Moore
Debbie Moore is President, Nestlé Waters Canada and also serves on the Executive management team of Nestlé Waters North America.
Ms. Moore is responsible for the overall operations of Nestlé Waters Canada, including revenue, profit, market share, environmental stewardship, product quality and customer satisfaction.
She was appointed President in October 2013, joining Nestlé Waters Canada in her current position. She brings more than 25 years of domestic and international executive, sales and supply chain operations experience with Nestlé to the role, having served as Global Lead of Customer Facing Supply Chain & Customer Service and Trade Investment Manager, Nestlé S.A.; National Customer Business Team Lead, Regional Sales Director – Atlantic Canada, Senior Account Executive, Key Account Manager and Sales Supervisor, Nestlé Canada Inc.; and Commercial Projects Manager, Nestlé Switzerland. She began her career with Carnation Inc. as a Sales Representative.
Ms. Moore is a graduate of Mount Saint Vincent University in Business Administration, as well as various management development courses from London Business School.
Professionally, she is a member of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Bottled Water Association as well as the Canadian-Swiss Chamber of Commerce.
Christopher R. McNeil, CMA
Chief Financial Officer
Chris McNeil is Chief Financial Officer, Nestlé Waters Canada. He is also a member of the Company’s leadership team.
Mr. McNeil is responsible for the Company’s day-to-day financial operations and controls, including profit and loss, operating and capital budget management, accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory management and information systems operations.
He joined Nestlé Waters Canada in his current position in November 2008 from Nestlé Canada Inc. where, over a nine-year period, he served in various senior domestic and international financial roles, including finance director – import categories; North America finance director of health care and domestic nutrition; and global infant category controller, based in Vevey, Switzerland. Most recently, Mr. McNeil served Nestlé as North American Gerber integration lead for research and development. Before joining Nestlé, he served in various senior finance roles with Proctor & Gamble, located in Toronto, Ontario.
Mr. McNeil holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University, as well as a designation as a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) from the Certified Management Accountants Association of Ontario.

Steven Morris is General Manager & Vice President of Sales, Nestlé Waters Canada. He also serves the Company as a member of its leadership team.
Mr. Morris is responsible for sales of Nestlé Waters Canada’s market share-leading products across Canada, including Acqua Panna, Montclair, Nestlé Pure Life, Perrier and San Pellegrino through his direction and leadership of headquarter sales, category management, field sales and the customer development organization.
He joined Nestlé Canada Inc. (foods division) in July 2002. After progressing thru various sales roles culminating as the VP of Category Sales Development at Nestle Canada, Mr. Morris then transferred to Nestle Waters in January 2015. He brings 20+ years of sales, category management and operations experience to Nestlé Waters. Prior to joining the Nestlé family, Mr. Morris spent a combination of eight years between Coca-Cola, Cadbury Chocolates and ACNielsen Canada.
He holds a MBA from Lake Superior State University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Trent University.
Tracey L. Peake

Tracey Peake is Director of Marketing, Nestlé Waters Canada. She also serves the Company as a member of the Leadership Team.
Ms. Peake is responsible for the strategic direction in brand planning, development and implementation of the Nestlé Waters Canadian brand portfolio, which includes the Canadian market share brand leader Nestlé Pure Life Natural Spring Water and Montclair Natural Spring Water, as well as the Canadian market leaders in sparkling water, Perrier, S. Pellegrino and Acqua Panna premium fine dining waters.
She joined Nestlé Waters Canada in May 2006 Marketing Manager, Domestic & International Brands, bringing more than 12 years of marketing experience to the position, having served in similar positions at Nestlé Canada Inc. and Maple Leaf and Schneider Foods. She began her career in Consumer Affairs with a quick transition into Marketing with experience in Innovation, Relationship Marketing, Promotion, and the Confectionery Seasonal Business at Nestlé Canada Inc.
Ms. Peake graduated from Ryerson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Food, Nutrition, Consumer and Family Studies, complimented with a Marketing Certificate from Ryerson School of Business.
Bruce R. Fraser

Bruce Fraser is Director of Human Resources, Nestlé Waters Canada. He is also a member of the Canadian management team.
Mr. Fraser is responsible for human resources strategy development as well as day-to-day human resources activities at Nestlé Waters Canada, including talent and performance management, payroll and benefit management, human resource planning, pensions and benefits, associate training and employee engagement.
He joined Nestlé Waters Canada in April 2013 in his current position. Mr. Fraser brings more than 25 years of related experience to the role, having served in human resources management roles with Kodiak Group Holdings, an affiliate of Williamson Dickies, Research in Motion (Blackberry) and NCR, where he began his career.
Mr. Fraser has multiple disciplines in Operations and Human Resources. He holds a diploma in Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University as well diplomas in Electronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering and Human Resource Management.
He is an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management and holds a Professional HR certification. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of a non-profit, accredited long-term care facility in Waterloo Region.
Stephen M. Bendix

Steve Bendix is Regional Supply Chain Director, Central Region, Nestlé Waters North America. He is also a member of Nestlé Waters Canada’s leadership team.
Mr. Bendix is responsible for the overall manufacturing and distribution operations and product quality of Nestlé Waters Canada’s manufacturing facility in Puslinch, Ontario, and distribution facilities in Puslinch, Ontario and Laval, Quebec. He is also responsible for the Canadian import operations related to global Nestlé brands Acqua Panna, Perrier and San Pellegrino.
He joined Nestlé Waters North America in January 2014 in his current role. Over the last 24 years, he has served Nestlé Waters in various Executive and Senior Management capacities, most recently as Nestlé Waters’ Global Head of Technical, Water Resources and Environment. He has also held various positions within Nestle Waters in Engineering, Factory Management and Senior Leadership of Operations. Prior to Nestlé Waters, he held engineering and operations positions for Ball Corporation, Ralston Purina and Coca-Cola.
Mr. Bendix holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Process Engineering from Purdue University.
