Adam Graves
President & Business Executive Officer
2018 - present

Adam Graves joined Nestlé Waters Canada in August 2018 as President & Business Executive Officer (BEO). He is responsible for the overall operations of the business, including: Revenue, profit, market share, environmental stewardship and sustainability, product quality and customer satisfaction, and serves on the Executive Management Team of Nestlé Waters North America, reporting to the President and Chief Executive Officer.

Adam’s career has spanned more than a decade within the Nestlé family of companies in diverse leadership roles across the Americas and in Europe. In his previous role as General Manager & BEO for Nestlé Purina PetCare Colombia and Ecuador, Adam and his team delivered year-on-year profitable growth and consolidated the business’ leadership position in a highly competitive and fast-growing market.

Prior to that, from 2012 to 2015, Adam was Group Business Manager of Zone Americas, based in Nestlé’s global headquarters in Vevey, Switzerland, where he supported the strategic planning and capital investments processes for the North American Food & Beverage Markets as well as the PetCare businesses across the Americas.

From 2007 to 2012, Adam held positions of increasing responsibility in Sales and Marketing within Nestlé USA.  First within the Hispanic Beverage portfolio team in Glendale, California, and thereafter as Marketing Manager, LEAN CUISINE® within Nestlé USA’s Prepared Foods Division in Solon, Ohio.

Adam obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Samford University in Alabama and an MBA in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management in Arizona.



Christopher R. McNeil, CMA
Chief Financial Officer
2008 - present

Mr. McNeil is responsible for the Company’s day-to-day financial operations and controls, including profit and loss, operating and capital budget management, accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory management and information systems operations.

He joined Nestlé Waters Canada in his current position in November 2008 from Nestlé Canada Inc. where, over a nine-year period, he served in various senior domestic and international financial roles, including finance director – import categories; North America finance director of health care and domestic nutrition; and global infant category controller, based in Vevey, Switzerland. Most recently, Chris served Nestlé as North American Gerber integration lead for research and development. Before joining Nestlé, he served in various senior finance roles with Proctor & Gamble, located in Toronto, Ontario.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University, as well as a designation as a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) from the Certified Management Accountants Association of Ontario.

Caroline Di Cicco
Director of Human Resources
2017 - present

As head of Human Resources for Nestlé Waters Canada, Ms. Di Cicco is responsible for leading the overall HR strategy and working collaboratively with leaders to implement best practices that support business priorities, build a fully engaged and agile workforce, establish a positive work environment and encourage innovation.

Caroline’s Nestlé career started in 2015 when she joined Galderma Canada (a Nestlé Skin Health Company) as Director, HR.  Prior to joining Nestlé, she spent more than 20 years in senior HR roles across various industries in companies such as Unilever Canada, PetSmart and Waste Management. She has extensive background in the areas of organizational design, culture change, merger & acquisition, talent management, employee/labour relations, total rewards and HR transformation.

Caroline holds a Canadian HR Leader (CHRL) designation, is a graduate of the University of Ottawa (B.Soc.Sc. - Public Policy & Management) and Queen’s University (Industrial Relations Certificate). In addition to her academic achievements, she has also completed numerous Total Rewards, International HR and M&A programs.

She is a native of Montreal, is trilingual and proud of her French, Italian and First Nations heritage. After spending many years in the Greater Toronto Area, she has recently moved to Cambridge, Ontario where she lives with her family and their Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever.

Jennifer Kerr
Director of Corporate Affairs
2016 - present

As head of Corporate Affairs for Nestlé Waters Canada, Ms. Kerr is responsible for the organization’s corporate reputation management including public, government, media, and industry relations, and issues management.

Jennifer began her career working as a sports writer for CTV News in Toronto before moving onto the Toronto Blue Jays. She further refined her skills while working with the Ministry of Health during the SARS crisis in Ontario. Since that time she has been involved with the World Wildlife Fund, Ontario Place, The Office of the Chief Coroner and Ontario Forensics Pathology Service and Molson Coors Canada as the Director of Corporate Affairs.

Jennifer has over 20 years of experience in communications, media and public relations, government relations, project management, stakeholder relations and issues/crisis management. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Media Studies as well as Diploma in Journalism.

She is a married mother of two boys and is an avid hockey and soccer player and enjoys travelling.
